"Natalie is a dream! We just made our first house purchase after searching for about two full years. During those two years we had lots going on in our lives - job changes, family circumstances changes, budget changes, neighborhoods we wanted to live in changes, etc. We were quite the moving target as far as clients. Natalie was with us every step of the way. She was always immediately there for the houses we got really excited about and thought we *might* make offers on (though didn't in the end). She told us her honest opinion and also let us find our way. "Natalie is such a fantastic person. The real estate game like all other hot markets in our modern world, can leave you feeling, lonely, outgunned, out-"luck'd", and just generally late to the good stuff. Our LA housing market has all these marvelous qualities to a very annoying extreme. This is why, if you can work with Natalie to navigate this market, you are so incredibly lucky. She is at the highest level, and honest, caring, well informed human being, who cares very deeply about finding the very best for her clients. This allowed us to customize our remodel with the money we saved, and now our house is ours. It's our vision, our choices, and we made ones that we love.
Finally, I need to mention we were new to the East Side, and Natalie guided us into a killer neighborhood. It's hard to imagine that one person could help so much in the upgrading of your life, but she did!!!

"We went into this completely naive as first-time home buyers. From the start, Natalie was so patient with all our questions and brought us through the entire process step-by-step. You could sense that she was all-in, committed to finding what was best for us and not just trying to make a sale.
Something I truly appreciated as we toured house to house was how realistic Natalie was with us (red flags, sketchy areas, competition), and with that the amount of experience she brought with her. Our budget was tight and we knew we weren't giving her much to work with. She didn't let that deter her; there was never any pressure to upsell or over-extend ourselves financially.
